Goodbye 2018! Get Ready 2019!

It’s the last day of the year, so it’s time to reflect on the positive things and set some new goals for the year! Before I write about some goals, here are the top three events (that I could remember from the top of my head) that happened this year:

  1. I traveled to Mexico for the second time
  2. I turned 26
  3. I’m engaged to Justin!!!

How Do I Fall Asleep?

In my last post, I couldn’t fall asleep. My mind was racing and I was starting to panic. After I put my phone down (which is what you shouldn’t really be doing about an hour before bed…even if you have night mode on!!), I lay on my back, closed my eyes, focused on my breathing, and I woke up the next day.
